96 years, and he saved the World.

And departed among those who loved him , the way only family can.

Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all.

And now, he's forever 26. I can't help but think there can be no better way to go, than being surrounded by the people he loved and was loved by.

Thank you, Jack for making us smile and think and bust a gut laughing.

And so much love to you BA for sharing his life with us.

You took us through the ups and downs about a man from the greatest generation. We can't thank you enough for sharing Jack's life with us.

Much love to you, Wayne, Susan and the whole family for this precious gift.

My life was better with Jack in it.

And his lawyer is gonna sue as soon as he gets out of prison.

Barry, he had a great life and you made him live for us.

Thanks, Jack!

Thank you for sharing Jack with us, I am so very sorry for your loss. He will live on in the memories of so many whose lives he touched (even when he did not understand the tech which made it possible). My thoughts are with you, your family and your many fans as we all grieve the loss of such a giant. Jack Friedman was a true original. Now he can be with his Florence again and is out of pain.

Wrenching news -- but relief that he no longers suffers, is with his dear Florence once more, and knows the secret now (the secret of what really is on the other side of this existence). Deep condolences to you and all your family, Barry -- and deep thanks to you for being such a mensch.

Not only in your care for your dad, but for sharing with us this phase of Jack's journey and the marvelous tales of his earlier adventures and hard-won wisdom. Like Judy C said, my life was better with Jack in it, and I am grateful to you for the gift of these peeks at his fascinating persona. His memory will always be a blessing to me, and to so many.

The bird flew free. Thank god. Finishing the trek of life this way is no prize. I have my own idea of where people go from here, but whatever anyone believes, it's better than having your You taken inch by inch.

All of us will remember the funny guy who taught the kid to be a funny guy.

In recent years my spouse and I have said goodbye to so many of our parents' generation, the "greatest," and it was a familiar walk again with Jack. He raised a good son. Thank you for sharing and for your eloquence.
