Big damn thanks as always to good friend Charles P. Pierce of Esquire for the shoutout and for reminding us, if such reminders were necessary, that in Oklahoma, our junior senator, Markwayne Mullin, née plumber to all that was good and holy around the Sooner State, believes if you write a story critical of Donald Trump, even (or maybe especially) if it’s true, you should be shot. He’s patriotic that way.
